Introduction The pick-up scenario deals with customers who place their orders ahead of time over the phone. The order, once taken, is then sent to the kitchen. Finally, when the food is ready and the customer arrives to pick up the food, the order is closed by cashing out and printing the receipt. To illustrate the pick-up procedure, three food items will be entered into the POS system. Proceed to the next step to enter the customer information.
