Customer Information For this pick-up scenario, we will use the sample customer name: Erin B. This name can be selected from the customer database by highlighting the appropriate name or entering their customer last name, phone number, or membership number.

This screen capture shows a listing of customers currently in the hrPOS customer database.

Customer Database

You can easily keep track of all the customers calling into your restaurant since the customer database has been seamlessly integrated into hrPOS.
