After the customer information has been entered, three sample items will be entered into the system using an entry mode (PLU, Pick List, or Preset Keys) of your choice:

(i) Select the menu item: Bacon & Eggs.
(ii) Select the menu item: Cola Beverage.
(iii) Select the menu item: Dinner for One.

The food items have been entered, proceed to the next step to send these items to the kitchen and print the receipt.
