Once the dishes are sent off to the kitchen, a single keystroke will invoke the check editor (shown at right!).

Note the text within the green box which shows the information to be printed on the customer's receipt (i.e., items ordered, item costs, tax, etc.)

The small box on the lower right corner shows monetary amounts in large digits to minimize cashier errors.
