Board of the American Tasting Institute.
The award was presented to Charles Chen, E.V.P. at Novax on 2/4/96 at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Mr. Chen summed it up by saying: "This confirms what we knew all along -- we have a great program for restaurant management." |
